Our journey proves it's never too late to change your career path, take time off to raise your kids, or even rediscover your passions. One of us consciously decided to stay connected to academia and pursue further intellectual growth. For the other, it was answering a call long-held and not buried in the annals of time for the other.

We met in that first biology class and laughed and cried our way through this beautiful journey. Our thirst for knowledge and sharing it with our patients was awakened through this sisterhood. We discovered our mischievous streak that has glued us together and carried us through our most challenging times.
